What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device so the next page you load can refer back to information from your previous visit. They help with things like remembering preferences or counting unique visits for traffic statistics. Some sites also use related technologies like local storage and session storage to similar effect.
How we use cookies
The Cube Guide uses cookies for one purpose only: measuring traffic. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or any cookies that build marketing profiles, follow you across other sites, or feed ad networks.
Cookies we use
The site sets a small number of cookies, all in one of two categories:
- Analytics cookies — These distinguish a unique visit from a repeat visit and help us count which pages are most read. We use them only to understand which articles are useful and which need work.
- Hosting cookies — Our hosting provider (Vercel) may set technical cookies (for example,
__vercel_live_tokenon deployment previews) that are needed to serve the site reliably. These are not used for tracking.
Third-party cookies
Our analytics provider may set cookies to collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, links clicked, device type, and browser. This data is used solely to improve the site. None of it is shared with advertisers or used to build a profile of you.
Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies on a per-site basis — refer to your browser's help documentation for instructions. Blocking cookies on The Cube Guide will not stop the site from working; it will only stop our anonymous analytics from counting your visit.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
